Derick is a seasoned executive with multiple successful engagements. Strong concentrations in Investment Underwriting, Real Estate Valuation,Import and Export, Fund Management, Trading, and other entrepreneurial activities. Derick served with the United States Marine Corps as a Reconnaissance Marine, stationed predominately on the East Coast, though he has had multiple deployments.

Educationally, Derick's degree's and fields of study include: Business Administration and Health, Fitness, and Kinesiology.

Industry designations and licenses which Derick holds or has held include: Project Management (PMP), Certified Business Analyst (CBAP), Florida Realtor License, and Multiple Securities Licenses.

Honors and Awards that Derick has received while serving in the USMC include Basic Parachute, Free-Fall Parachute, Combat Diver, Combat Action Ribbon, and many others.

Derick's focus with Appraiser Management Services is focused on our appraisers and interaction with the Appraisal Management Companies (AMC's). Well versed in USPAP, Derick oversees all aspects of the company's "product" - The Value Opinion rendered by our appraisers.

Ken is a well rounded senior executive with multiple domestic and international engagements. Industries include: Investment Banking, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Non-Profits, Multiple Facets of IT, Petroleum, Import & Export, Finance, Accounting, and the United States Navy as an Independent Duty Hospital Corpsman.

Ken's educational background includes fields of study and degrees in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Accounting, and IT Security and Assurance. Ken is well adept in TQM, Six Sigma, and ISO Implementations.

Industry designations and licensing currently or previously held include: Multiple Securities Licenses, Multiple IT Certifications predominately in IT Security, Six Sigma Black Belt, and other Financial Designations.

Honors, Designations, Citations, and Awards that Ken has received while serving as an independent duty Hospital Corpsman include Certified Non-Physician Health Care Provider, Sailor of the Quarter, Sailor of the Year, Free Fall Parachute, Combatant Diver, and many more while deployed. Ken is a service connected permanent disabled veteran. As a civilian Ken served on President Bush's (43) Business Advisory Council, two years as the co-chair.

Recreational activities Ken enjoys are off-shore fishing, his six grandchildren, and SCUBA diving. Ken is a NAUI Instructor.

Ken oversees the operational aspects of Appraiser Management Services. This includes all facets of IT, accounting, and the process aspects of the company.
